Job Description

A truly Bulgarian IT company, that works globally, but acts locally in Bulgaria, serves the purpose to place Bulgaria on the map for Pharma, Clinical Research and Digital Health web and mobile software. After 12 years of working with clients and partners in Switzerland, United Kingdom, US, and Nordic countries we are now establishing local presence on those markets which includes mergers and partnerships local businesses and setting up our and looking for the right person to help us handle the existing business there, work closely with our local partners, as well as help us generate more business.

Main responsibilities

  • Up-selling our existing customers - we have established long-lasting relationships with customers on the market and expect our CBDM to be handling properly those relationships, in order to generate more business opportunities

  • New Business /Self-generated/ - obviously generating new business on the market is the most rewarding (in many ways) part of the job, develop a solid pipeline of new business opportunities by identifying key decision-makers in target organizations

  • Opportunity Management /Partners/ - We have local partners that direct business our way, those opportunities must be managed accordingly and taken good care of

  • Partner Management - bi-weekly calls with our partners to discuss the business opportunities and recap the current state of play, establish long-term relationship and friendship

  • Account Management - take care of our existing clients on the market, make sure that their voice is heard and check regularly their happiness levels.

  • Report directly to the CEO and learn from our best performers

  • Perform discovery sessions with potential clients

  • Manage the RFI/RFP processes in the company while consulting with key stakeholders

  • Play a key role in relationship building with both potential and current clients

  • Provide business development support to our marketing team to successfully manage together local campaigns and events

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events as required

What are our expectations

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in sales of software development as a service to international markets

  • Previous experience gathered in the pharmaceutical and/or clinical research industries will be seen as an advantage

  • Networking skills are vital - you must be easy going and enjoy hanging out with people and building relationships

  • Ambitious, energetic and a passionate will to succeed in a growing company

  • Secure and confident communicator excelling at written, verbal and client-facing presentation skills in English (other European languages would be considered a plus)

  • Оrganizational skills - to be successful in this job you must be able to keep things in order

  • Curious by nature - since we are focusing on the Digital healthcare area, the perfect candidate must be able to recognize the industry trends /Pharma, Clinical Research, eHealth/ and find ways how to tackle them

  • Results-oriented - we set KPIs and targets, the perfect candidate should feel confident and comfortable to take responsibility to reach them

  • Adventurous - the position will include frequent traveling to London and the United Kingdom in general
