Project Management Methodology
Agile, SCRUM
Scrum is one of the most popular Agile methodologies. It is an adaptive, iterative, fast, flexible, and effective methodology designed to deliver significant value quickly and throughout a project. Scrum ensures transparency in communication and creates an environment of collective accountability and continuous progress. The Scrum framework is structured in such a way that it supports product and service development in all types of industries and in any type of project, irrespective of its complexity.
Challenge
One of the most challenging aspects was to create an attractive design that combined different concepts but simultaneously preserved a high level of usability. Along with the website, we have developed and further customized a Learning Management System, allowing Web Academy’s users access to numerous online courses.
Solution
BGO used the most innovative approaches and technologies in order to establish functional infrastructure in the classrooms. We integrated an LTSP system which enables lecturers to monitor the work and progress of students, allows them to share files with each other and puts all students on equal terms as they all share the same machine.
We integrated a CMS (Content Management System) and a fully functional system to solve and evaluate electronic tests as well as other projects, files, etc. which have been submitted online. The addition of plenty of features allows users to benefit from fast search options, filtering, and paging. For quicker and better communication, users can also make a complaint or contact a lecturer via a specially integrated button. There is also a news-section to keep readers informed about the progress of the academies.
